Thanks for repping the movement. Here's what to expect when you order from Just Go Hoop.
Free Shipping on All Orders
Every order ships free within the United States. No minimums, no codes, no catch.
How Your Order Gets Made
Just Go Hoop tees are made-to-order. That means when you place an order, your shirt is printed fresh just for you — we don't keep stacks of inventory sitting in a warehouse. This keeps our designs limited and our shirts feeling personal.
Production + Shipping Timeline

Production: 2–4 business days
Shipping: 2–5 business days (Economy)
Total estimated delivery: 5–9 business days from the day you order

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Order Cutoffs
Orders placed before 11:59 PM ET enter production the next business day. Orders placed Friday–Sunday begin production Monday.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our email list to be the first to know.
Wrong Address?
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can only update an address before production begins (usually within 24 hours of ordering). Email us ASAP at [your email] if you need a change.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first — most missing packages turn up within 48 hours. If it's still missing or arrives damaged, email us with photos and your order number within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Print Defects
We stand behind every shirt. If your order arrives with a print defect or sizing/color error, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement.
